- 160 grams Mochi rice cake (3 precut mochi)
- 1/4 Onion (small)
- 1/2 Green pepper
- 1 slice Ham
- 1 Pizza cheese
- 1 can Canned diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Dried oregano
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste
Directions

1Pass the canned tomatoes through a sieve to drain the excess liquid.

2Transfer to a frying pan, and mix with a hand blender.

3(Alternatively, blend in a blender and transfer to the frying pan.)

4Add the remaining ingredients for the tomato sauce to Step 1, and evaporate the liquid.

5Please adjust the amount of sugar depending on the sourness of the tomatoes.

6You can keep this sauce in a jar.

7Cut the mochi rice cake into pieces.

8Cut the onion, green pepper, and ham into thin strips.

9Heat oil in the pan.

10Add the mochi, and coat with the oil.

11Add a small amount of water, cover with a lid, and cook the mochi over medium-low heat until softened.

12Be careful not to burn it.

13When the mochi has melted, spread the sauce on top.

14Top with the vegetables and cheese.

15Cover with the lid.
-
16When the onion is cooked through, it's done.
