- 4 (6 oz.) cans frozen lemonade
- 4 (6 oz.) cans frozen pineapple juice
- 8 (6 oz.) cans water
- 2 qt. ginger ale
- 2 qt. club soda
- 1 qt. wine (white or pink catalba, optional)
Directions

1Soak lutefisk in cold water for 3 to 4 hours.

2Remove dark skin and fins.

3Cut in serving size pieces.

4Place in a cheesecloth and put to boil in a kettle or cold water, to which salt has been added.

5Cook about 5 minutes until fish is tender; then drain and serve with drawn butter or cream sauce.

6Serves 4 Swedes or 40 Germans.
