- 1 (8 oz.) and 1 (4 oz.) cream cheese (total 12 oz.)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 (16 oz.) Pepperidge Farm sandwich style bread
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Cut crusts off bread.

2With rolling pin, roll out very thin. Whip with mixer cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and egg yolks until smooth.

3Spread cream cheese mixture on bread.

4Gently roll up like a jelly roll.

5Melt butter.

6Mix 1 cup sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg together in small mixing bowl.

7Dip rolled breads into melted butter.

8Roll in cinnamon mixture.

9Place in 9 x 13-inch glass dish.

10Place in freezer for at least 4 hours.

11Take out of freezer 1/2 hour before baking.

12Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
