Ingredients

  • 1 small can Worthington chicken (5 pieces) and liquid
  • 1 (10 oz.) can celery soup concentrate (no water added)
  • 1 (8 oz.) bag Pepperidge Farm herb flavored stuffing
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp. dill weed

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Tear chicken into little pieces.

    Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly combined.

    Spray loaf pan with cooking spray.

    Press mixture into pan.

    Bake in 350° oven for 60 to 90 minutes.

    Turn out onto serving platter; garnish with parsley and serve.
