  • 3 c. boiling water
  • 1/5 vodka
  • 1 vanilla bean

Directions

    Combine coffee, sugar and water. Cool. Add vodka and vanilla bean.

    Pour into glass jug or bottle. Age for 30 days.

    Makes 1/2 gallon.
