- 1 can whole milk or half and half
- salt and pepper
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
Directions

1Mix soup and milk. Roll strips in flour and brown in skillet. Transfer to large casserole. Cover with soup and milk.

2Mix together.

3Bake at 275° for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.

4Great with mashed potatoes or rice.
