  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. butter, softened
  • 3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 (15 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained

Directions

    Combine cream cheese and butter; beat well. Stir in spinach. Spoon half of spinach mixture in a lightly greased 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Top with artichoke hearts. Cover with remaining mixture. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes. Yield: About 8 servings. Easy and delish!
