- 2 cups sugar
- 1 34 cups all-purpose flour
- 34 cup baking cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 12 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl, combine the first six ingredients.

2Add eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil and vanilla; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes (batter will be thin).

3Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch fluted tube pan.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

5Cool for 10 mniutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely; dust with confectioners' sugar.
