- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients and add vinegar, vanilla and oil.

2Mix and then add the water.

3Mix until smooth.

4Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan which has been greased and lightly floured.

5Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

6If making cupcakes, bake for 15 minutes.
