  • 3 c. Rice Krispies cereal, crushed
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. mayo lite
  • 4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned

    Combine cereal, paprika, salt and pepper.

    Brush chicken breasts with mayo.

    Place crumb mixture in plastic bag and add chicken.

    Shake to coat well.

    Place chicken in a greased baking dish and bake at 425° for 40 to 50 minutes or until chicken is tender.
