  • 1 c. peach preserves
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. blackberry jelly
  • 1 c. strawberry preserves
  • 1 c. corn oil
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Sift together dry ingredients and mix with all other ingredients.

    Pour into greased and floured pans and bake at 350° until done.

    Cool and frost with Jam Cake Icing.
