  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple (drained)

  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

    pour into greased & floured loaf pan.
