  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 clove garlic, very finely minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne (more or less to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon steaks
