- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vinegar
Directions

1Place all ingredients in boiler and boil to 260° or until a small amount of mixture dropped in cold water becomes brittle. Pour into a buttered pan.

2When cool enough to handle, pull until a light color and mixture hardens.

3Cut with kitchen shears into bite size pieces.
