- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 1 pkg. orange jello
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. diced orange sections
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
Directions

1Combine crumbs and butter.

2Keep 1/3 cup for the top.

3Press remaining crumb mixture into a baking dish.

4Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.

5Dissolve jello and sugar in the water.

6Stir in the pineapple syrup and chill until partly set.

7Add sour cream and vanilla.

8Whip until fluffy.

9Fold in pineapple, oranges and coconut.

10Pour over crumbs in dish and sprinkle with reserved crumbs.

11Chill until firm and cut into squares.

12Top with cherries.
