- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Knox gelatine
- 1/2 c. sugar or use part artificial sweetener
- 1 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. water (cold)
- 1 can beets
- 3/4 c. shredded cabbage
Directions

1Soften gelatine in 1/4 cup cold water.

2Add sweetener to boiling water to dissolve.

3Add softened gelatine to dissolve in boiling liquid.

4Add other ingredients.

5Let liquid get partly set before adding beets and cabbage.

6Use beet juice as part of the liquid.
