Molded Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 small jello (apricot, orange or peach)
  • 22 oz. mandarin oranges, drained
  • 6 medium bananas, sliced
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained but save juice
  • 6 oz. mini marshmallows

Directions

    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.

    In saucepan, combine reserved pineapple juice, eggs, sugar and flour.

    Cook over low heat until thick (about 5 minutes).

    Add jello.

    Stir until dissolved.

    Cool before adding oranges, bananas, pineapple and marshmallows.

    Chill in refrigerator for several hours before serving.
