- 2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 3 c. tomato juice
- 1/4 c. wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- dash of cayenne
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 3/4 c. cucumber, chopped
- 1/4 c. pimento, chopped
Directions

1Soften gelatin in 1 cup cold tomato juice.

2Bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients.

3Place in a greased Bundt pan (ring mold is not large enough).

4Refrigerate.

5Unmold to serve.
