Ingredients
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. celery, finely diced
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 lb. cooked shrimp, coarsely chopped
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Turn soup into saucepan and heat over low heat.

2Blend in cream cheese and beat until smooth and dissolved.

3Soften gelatin in water; add to soup mixture, stirring until dissolved.

4Remove from heat.

5Stir in celery, onion, mayonnaise and shrimp; season with salt and pepper to taste.

6Pour into 1-quart ring mold and chill until set.

7Unmold onto serving plate and garnish as desired.

8Serve with crackers.
