- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon or lime Jell-O
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. cold water
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1/2 c. finely chopped cabbage
- 1/2 c. grated carrot
- 1/4 c. finely chopped celery
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.

2Add cold water, vinegar and grated onion.

3Chill until thickened.

4Fold in vegetables.

5Pour into 3 or 4-cup mold.

6Chill until firm, about 3 hours.

7Unmold.

8Garnish, if desired.
