  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. white unbleached flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 8 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2/3 c. milk

Directions

    Combine flours, sugar and baking powder in bowl. Cut in margarine. Add milk and stir lightly. Knead 10 times.

    Shape into balls or roll out and cut.

    Use greased pan.

    Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

    Makes 10 to 12 biscuits.
