- 2 c. self-rising corn bread mix
- 2 slices white bread, cubed
- 2 c. turkey broth
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 4 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Prepare corn bread using package directions.

2Cool.

3Crumble into bowl.

4Add cubed bread, broth, butter, celery, onion, eggs, salt and pepper; mix well.

5Spoon into 9 x 13-inch casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until brown.
