Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery with leaves, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 2 large cans cut up tomatoes with juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 c. minced parsley
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. fish (fresh or frozen)

Directions

    Saute onion and celery in margarine.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Cook to a boil.

    Lower flame; cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

    Add fish fillets, cut into chunks.
