- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. celery with leaves, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 2 large cans cut up tomatoes with juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 c. minced parsley
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. fish (fresh or frozen)
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in margarine.

2Add remaining ingredients.

3Cook to a boil.

4Lower flame; cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

5Add fish fillets, cut into chunks.

6Cook until fish is white and flaky.
