  • Pepper To Taste

  • 3 cans Diced Tomatoes (I Use The Ones Seasoned With Basil, Garlic, And Oregano)
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Distilled Vinegar
  • Rice

    Take all the fat off the chicken and cut in squares.

    Mix flour, ginger, salt and pepper on a plate.

    Coat the chicken in the flour.

    Brown the chicken in a skillet with olive oil.
