  • 3 mangoes, peeled, sliced and chilled
  • 1 quart good quality vanilla ice cream
  • 12 cup approximately Galliano liqueur
  • fresh strawberries, sliced for garnish

Directions

    Place mango slices around edge of dessert plate; top with scoop of ice cream and pour Galliano over all.

    Garnish with the sliced fresh strawberries.
