- 5 1/2 c. concord grapes
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Remove and save the grape skins.

2Put pulp in saucepan without water.

3Bring to a rolling boil.

4While hot, rub through a sieve to remove seeds.

5Mix strained pulp with skins.

6Combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Add this mixture to the grapes. Pour this into a pastry lined pan.

7Dot with butter.

8Cover with top crust.

9Bake 35 - 45 minutes in a hot oven.
