- 4 bags of premade croutons, we use 14 oz bags.
- 1/2 lb butter
- 3 or 4 medium onion, chopped finely
- 4 or 5 stalk celery, chopped finely
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 1 tbsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tbsp sage
Directions

1Saute equal amounts of the chopped onions and celery in 1/2 of the butter.

2Once softened melt in remaining butter and spices.

3Allow to cool and hand mix with crountons.

4Pour broth over crounton mixture and continue to combine by hand until well mixed.

5Taste it!

6Adjust spices to your liking

7Bake at 350F for 1 hour, covered in a greased casserole dish.

8If you want a crispier top uncover for the last 15 minutes.
