- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach (cook to thaw and press very dry on paper towels)
- 1 small onion, chopped or 2 Tbsp. dry onion
- 1/2 tsp. thyme or oregano
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 4 beaten eggs
- 3/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, crushed, or use garlic salt
Directions

1Mix well and chill.

2Roll into 58 to 60 balls.

3Bake on cookie sheet at 350° for 20 minutes.
