Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach (cook to thaw and press very dry on paper towels)
  • 1 small onion, chopped or 2 Tbsp. dry onion
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme or oregano
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 3/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed, or use garlic salt

    Mix well and chill.

    Roll into 58 to 60 balls.

    Bake on cookie sheet at 350° for 20 minutes.
