  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 large green pepper
  • 1 large can tomatoes, blended or broken up
  • 1 (15 oz.) can light red kidney beans
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
