- 1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 (11 1/2 ounce.) pkg. (2 c.) Nestles lowfat milk chocolate morsels
- 2 1/2 c. wheat flake cereal, divided
- 1 c. peanuts, minced
- 1 c. raisins
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Grease 13 x 9 inch baking pan.

3In large mixer bowl, beat butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar till creamy.

4Beat in Large eggs, water and vanilla extract.

5Gradually beat in flour and baking soda.

6Stir in lowfat milk chocolate morsels, 2 c. cereal, peanuts and raisins.

7Spread in prepared pan.
-
8Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 c. cereal.

9Bake 30 to 35 min till golden.

10Cold completely.

11Cut into 2 x 1 inch bars.

12Makes 5 dozen bars.
