- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. margarine, melted and divided
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 3 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Combine milk, 1/2 of margarine, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Heat until margarine is melted.

2Cool to 105° to 115°.

3Stir in yeast until dissolved.

4Place flour in a large bowl.

5Make a well in the flour and pour in liquid mixture.

6Stir until blended. Cover and let rise until double in bulk (about 1 1/2 hours).
