- 1 qt. scalded milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. oleo
- 2 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. water
- 9 c. flour
- 3 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
Directions

1Pour milk over sugar and oleo.

2Cool.

3Add dissolved yeast. Add 8 cups flour, one at a time; let rise double.

4Add 1 cup flour and other ingredients.

5Let rise double.

6Punch down and store in refrigerator in a covered container.

7Will keep up to 2 weeks.
