- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick oleo
- 3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- crushed cornflakes
Directions

1Slice potatoes in 1/2-inch slices and cook until almost done. Drain and place in a casserole dish.

2Melt oleo; add soup, parsley flakes, sour cream and part of the cheese and heat.

3Pour the mixture over the potatoes.

4Top with crushed cornflakes and the rest of the grated cheese.

5Bake in a 325° oven until bubbly hot, about 30 minutes.
