- 1 c. milk
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Over medium heat, melt oleo in milk.

2Mix yeast and water in a small mixing bowl.

3Mix salt, sugar and flour in a large mixing bowl.

4Add yeast and milk mixtures to flour mixture.

5Mix well. Cover with a cloth and let rise for 2 hours.

6Knead dough.

7Cut in strips; dip each strip in melted butter.

8Arrange in tube pan. Cover and let rise 2 more hours when doubled.

9Bake at 350° until brown, approximately 30 minutes.
