  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. corn flakes
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 c. quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Cream margarine, sugar and egg.

    Sift flour, salt, soda and baking powder. Add to creamed mixture.

    Blend in coconut, oats and flakes.

    Drop from teaspoon 3-inches apart on greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 300° for 12 to 15 minutes.
