  • 1/2 c. butter or oleo
  • 3/4 lb. (12 oz.) peanut butter
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. M&M's
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Directions

    Cream together butter and peanut butter.

    Add eggs and sugars. Mix well.

    Add vanilla and mix well.

    Mix soda into oatmeal and add to dough.

    Stir in M&M's and chocolate chips.

    Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes.

    Drop about 1 big teaspoonful or a little bigger.

    They spread out.
