  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstrach
  • 1/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 cups Room Temperature Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cups Chunky Peanut Butter
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1-1/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Mini M&Ms, Plus More For Topping

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

    In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

    In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar, and both kinds of peanut butter until light and fluffy. Mix in egg and vanilla. Scrape down the sides if needed.

    On slow speed on a hand mixer or stand mixer, add flour mixture to wet ingredients. Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and M&Ms.

    Measure out the dough into 2-inch balls and place on a baking sheet. Add more M&Ms to the top of each cookie.

    Bake for 11-13 minutes or until edges start turning golden brown. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before moving to a cooling rack. Grab a glass of milk and enjoy!
