Ingredients

  • 50 each boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Monterey seasoning
  • 200 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon
  • 150 slices whole wheat bread slices, toasted
  • 3-1/4 cups KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise
  • 17 each Medium tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
  • 100 each lettuce leaves

    Preheat grill on medium-high heat.

    Grill chicken 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through (170F).

    Cut each piece crosswise into 4 slices.

    Meanwhile, sprinkle Monterey seasoning onto bacon.

    Bake in a 350F-convection oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp; drain.

    For each serving: Spread each of 3 toast slices with 1 tsp.

    mayonnaise.

    Cover 1 of the toast slices with 2 chicken slices, 2 bacon slices, 1 tomato slice and 1 lettuce leaf; top with second toast slice.

    Repeat layers of chicken, bacon, tomato and lettuce; cover with remaining toast slice.

    Cut into quarters to serve.
