  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack shredded cheese
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos
  • 2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 2 sticks margarine, softened
  • 2 bunches chopped green onions
  • garlic powder to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 loaf French bread

Directions

    Combine Monterey Jack cheeses, Miracle Whip, margarine, green onions, garlic powder and black pepper; mix thoroughly.

    Split bread loaf lengthwise; spread cut surface of both halves with cheese mixture.

    Place on cookie sheet; bake at 400° until bubbly and slightly brown.

    Cut into serving pieces.

    Serve hot.
