  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup red wine vinegar
  • 14 cup soy sauce
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 12 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 sliced tomatoes
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • 4 slices monterey jack cheese, Pepper Jack is yummy too, even Mozarella

    Wash your chicken!

    In a Tupperware bowl or big ass ziplock, combine the oil, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.

    Put chicken in, and coat it with the marinade.

    Fridge it until tomorrow.

    Grill chicken over medium heat for 7-10 minutes on each side.
