  • 14 cup boston lettuce, shredded
  • 1 roma tomato, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olives (sliced)
  • 2 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

    Cut pita bread in half, if not purchased pre-cut.
