- 5 eggs
- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. cake flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. ground nuts, mixed with Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Beat egg whites in small bowl; fold in 2 tablespoons regular flour.

2Set mixture aside.

3In large bowl, add sugar, egg yolks and dry ingredients.

4Alternate with milk.

5Fold egg white mixture into large bowl.

6Pour batter into greased jelly roll pan (10 x 15-inch).

7Sprinkle with nuts on top.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

9Allow to cool, then cut with donut cutter into crescent shapes.
