- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- whipped cream topping
- chocolate syrup
- chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix water and margarine together.

2Bring to a boil. Add flour all at once and stir rapidly until mixture forms a ball.

3Remove from heat and cool a little while.

4Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well with spoon or mixer.

5Spread on ungreased cookie sheet, 11 x 15-inches.

6Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.

7Cool.

8(It will look like the moon's surface, all lumpy and bumpy, that's why it's called Moon Cake!)

9Don't prick, leave cake as is.
