- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 4 eggs
- 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- large whipped topping
- chopped nuts (optional)
Directions

1Bring water and margarine to boil.

2Add 1 cup flour and stir rapidly until it forms a ball.

3Remove from heat and cool a bit. Add eggs one at a time and beat until shiny.

4Spread on 11 x 15-inch ungreased cookie sheet.

5Bake 30 minutes at 400°.

6Cool completely and do not prick cake.

7Make pudding following package directions.

8Add softened cream cheese to pudding.

9Spread on crust.

10Refrigerate 20 minutes.

11Top with whipped topping and nuts.
