- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 4 1/2 cups rum
- 7 pints cream
Directions

1Melt the sugar in the water, heat slightly.

2Add Rum.

3Heat to just steaming.

4Heat Creamo separatetly to 145 degrees (well below boiling).

5Slowly stir the rum mixture into the creamo.

6Chill as quickly as possible.

7Use a shallow bowl set in cracked ice (however be very careful that the drink is not too hot and cracks the bowl).
