- 40 ounces whisky Canadian rye
- 40 ounces dark rum
- 5 ounces coffee liqueur
- 10 ounces maple syrup
- 40 ounces milk
- 40 ounces heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup sugar
- nutmeg
- cinnamon
Directions

1Beat yolks until frothy and completely mixed. Add the sugar and beat the mixture until thick. Stir in the milk and the liquor.

2Chill for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.

3Whip the cream until good and thick.Fold in whipped cream.

4Chill for an hour.

5Sprinkle the top with nutmeg and cinnamon to taste and serve.
