- 1 lb. egg noodles
- 1 large onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 1 can peas
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
Directions

1Boil egg noodles until tender; fry onion and garlic (chopped) in 2 tablespoons fat until tender.

2Add ground meat and hot sausage; cook until well done.

3To this add noodles, whole kernel corn, tomatoes, peas, salt and chili powder.

4Put in 1 large oblong dish or 2 large baking dishes.

5Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese when done.
