- 1 Tbsp. fat
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 garlic buttons, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 2 c. whole kernel corn
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. solid tomatoes
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. English peas
- salt and pepper
- 2 c. grated sharp cheese
Directions

1Melt fat and saute onion and garlic lightly.

2Do not brown. Add ground beef and saute.

3Add tomatoes, chili powder and water. Cook over low heat 30 minutes.

4Add mushrooms, peas, corn, salt and pepper.

5Heat.

6Add cooked spaghetti to sauce and blend well. Fill large greased baking dish with 1/2 of mixture.

7Add 1/2 of cheese and remainder of mixture.

8Top with remaining cheese.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
