- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- seasoned salt to taste
- 1/4 c. chopped green peppers
- 2 cans tomato sauce (15 oz. size)
- 2 cans whole kernel corn or green beans, drained
- 1/2 lb. egg noodles
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown meat, onion and pepper in large skillet.

2Drain excess fat.

3Add seasonings and tomato sauce.

4Add corn and green beans and simmer.

5Cook noodles as directed.

6Drain and add to meat mixture.

7Pour into 3-quart casserole; top with cheese.

8Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
