  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • seasoned salt to taste
  • 1/4 c. chopped green peppers
  • 2 cans tomato sauce (15 oz. size)
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn or green beans, drained
  • 1/2 lb. egg noodles
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown meat, onion and pepper in large skillet.

    Drain excess fat.

    Add seasonings and tomato sauce.

    Add corn and green beans and simmer.

    Cook noodles as directed.

    Drain and add to meat mixture.

    Pour into 3-quart casserole; top with cheese.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
