- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 Tbsp. grated Swiss cheese
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
Directions

1Bring milk, onion and bay leaf to a full boil.

4Over low heat, melt butter in saucepan; add flour and cook until light brown.

5Gradually add milk and cream, stirring constantly, until mixture starts to boil.
